Frank Baum’s beloved characters and reveals the decisions and events that shape the destinies of two unlikely university friends on their journey to becoming Glinda The Good and the Wicked Witch of the West. Already the 9th longest-running West End musical of all time, Wicked has been seen by over 10 million people in London alone and played almost 6000 performances. The classic musical is the winner of over 100 major international awards, including three Tony Awards, two Olivier Awards, a Grammy Award and ten theatregoer voted WhatsOnStage Awards (including three for ‘Best West End Show’)

Children

As a guide to parents and guardians, it is recommended for ages 7+. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Babies and Children under 5 years of age will not be admitted. Attendance of children between the ages of 5 and 7 is at the parents’ discretion and if the child becomes restless it is the parents’ responsibility to take them out of the auditorium. Children under 16 years cannot watch the show if unaccompanied by an adult aged 18+.

Important information

Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable point. This is 25 minutes after the start of the performance. Attendance of children between the ages of 3 and 7 is at the parents’ discretion and if the child becomes restless it is the parent’s responsibility to take them out of the auditorium. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket. The venue’s recently refurbished full-fresh-air ventilation system ensures that everyone in the auditorium has 12 litres of fresh air per second, well above the recommended minimum of 10 litres per second. Cashless payments, at-seat ordering/delivery and enhanced cleaning practices are all in operation. Hand sanitation stations are available throughout the theatre.
